Shipping costs to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Northern Italy/South Tyrol and Switzerland* are 3.95€.
Delivery time
*For orders placed after 12:00 PM, the first business day begins the following day. Items with embroidery take 1-3 business days longer.
The delivery time is currently an average of 3-5 working days within Germany; for deliveries to other EU countries or Switzerland, longer delivery times may occur due to the shipping service provider.
The shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands and Italy are 5.95€ .
*For deliveries to Switzerland, additional charges (import duties) may apply. These are determined by the destination country. They are calculated based on the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are collected once the package reaches Switzerland. If such additional charges are incurred, they must be paid by the customer so that the package can be cleared through customs.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If payment is made by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
