- Where can I see that my order has been successfully received?
As soon as your order is successful, you will receive a confirmation email to your email inbox within 24 hours. Please also check your spam folder, as emails sometimes get lost there.
- Can I also place an order by telephone?
No, orders cannot be taken by telephone at the moment. However, I would be happy to assist you with the ordering process over the phone.
- Do I have to create a customer account to place an order?
You have free choice. You can order as a guest or open a customer account.
- Can I change my order?
No, once you have received the confirmation email, you can no longer change the order.
- What should I do if my order is incorrect?

We ship with DHL.

Within Germany and Austria the shipping time is approx. 3-7 days.
Belgium, Netherlands and Denmark approx. 5-12 days.

You bear the costs of returning the goods.
- To which address should I send my return?
Please register your return by email. We will send you the address as quickly as possible.
- Can I exchange items for a different size or color?
It is not possible. If you would like an item in a different color and size, please feel free to place a new order. This is the quickest way to get the item you want. You can return the goods that you do not want to us within the cancellation period. As soon as the goods reach me, they will be checked and you will receive the refund.
- When does the cancellation period begin?
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier takes possession of the goods.
