Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Italy and the Netherlands.

Shipping costs

All orders over €80 are shipped free of charge! (Exception: Switzerland)

The shipping costs to Germany are 4.95€.

The shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands and Italy are 5.90€ .

Shipping costs to Switzerland are 9.90€*.

*For deliveries to Switzerland, additional charges (import duties) may apply. These are determined by the destination country. They are calculated based on the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are collected once the package reaches Switzerland. If such additional charges are incurred, they must be paid by the customer so that the package can be cleared through customs.

Delivery times

The delivery time is currently on average 3-7 working days Within Germany, to other EU countries or to Switzerland, delivery times may be longer due to the shipping service provider.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Our packages are generally sent without an invoice or price information, so you can have them sent directly to the recipient. 🍺🍷

Exchange

Since we produce in an environmentally friendly way, i.e. only to order, mistakes can of course occur from time to time.

returns

Of course, you also have the option of returning your ordered items within 14 days of receipt. We are a small business and do not cover return shipping costs.

Please contact us by email (info@einschenken24.de) with your order number and we will send you the address.

Refunds

We will refund your purchase price within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned products.

The purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method you used to purchase the product from us.🧡
