1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses in their current version at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his or her commercial or independent professional activity.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order. Only by clicking the order button do you submit a binding offer to purchase.
Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent automatically by email, but does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded when we confirm dispatch of the goods by email or ship the goods.
3. Prices and payment terms
All prices are in euros (€), including VAT and plus shipping costs.

4. Delivery and shipping
We deliver within Germany and, upon request, to selected EU countries.
Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from receipt of payment. Any deviations will be noted separately.
Shipping is handled by a shipping service provider of our choice (e.g., DHL or DPD). The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
6. Right of withdrawal

7. Returns
Please contact us before returning your item at: support@dizzydrafts.com.
Consignments without postage will not be accepted.
Returns are possible within 14 days provided the product is unworn and undamaged.
Individually printed items or custom-made products are excluded from cancellation.
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply.
In the event of justified defects, you are entitled to repair or replacement.
We are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Further liability is excluded.
9. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate in them.
10. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
This only applies to contracts with consumers to the extent that it does not restrict the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence.
